[Bug 14186] Morrowind stucks for 3-5seconds during background music change (in combat)

Still present as of vanilla 1.2-rc5

Morrowind doc suggested problem had to do with 'hardware acceleration', so I
changed settings in-game as well as in winecfg to no avail.

Removing the music files like suggested before worked for me.  No pause
whatsoever.
