[Bug 25745] Incorrect cursor in World of Tanks

Well when I launch WOTLauncher.exe (which is started by default from the menu)
it crashes. When I launch WorldOfTanks.exe it starts but the mouse cursor
(arrow) does not move until clicked. Actual mouse cursor is not visible.
