[Bug 24763] Wine version 1.2.x no longer in list for AppDB test submissions

Any word on why the patch hasn't been committed? This is a significant problem
for the AppDB: users are submitting test reports with 1.0.1 selected as their
version when they've really tested 1.2.2. I'm having to reject a lot of reports
because of that.
