[Bug 11952] Display problem with Notepad++ 4.8.2

Now I can tell for sure, that the uninstall for notepad++ doesn't work. I still
have notepad++ 4.8.2 here, and everything - including userDefineLang.xml -
working at least seemingly perfectly. But uninstall not working is another bug
from this one, and I'll open a new bug for it. The crash I saw first may have
been of same origin as bug 11595, but I really cannot tell.
