Thanks for the help, but as you can see in the attached video, the issue is not
that the registry key is not read. The font is being replaced back and forth
upon selecting of an item, which is definitely not on purpose. That is why I'm
reporting this as a bug in the first place.

Also, I've got the "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Wine\Fonts\Replacements" set as
well just in case.
