[Bug 21017] Adobe Premiere Pro CS4 won't start

Both of my test systems are Fedora 28 (64-bit) with proprietary NVIDIA graphics
drivers. I am using the Adobe Premiere CS4 trial (not the full product).

Using the overrides you (Louis) recommended finally gets the program fully
opening for me!
