There is a partial workaround that increases fontsize for the font in Dictation
Box as well as the font displayed on DragonBar.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE / System / CurrentControlSet / Hardware Profiles / Current /
Software / Fonts

edit LogPixels from 60 to about 80
