[Bug 34406] regression: Finale Notepad 2012 doesn't copy/create user files on program start

I'm having trouble with GENERIC_WRITE implying read (I can't find a test that
reproduces this possible behavior).  So, I created a small program to list out
all the permissions for your folder:

So, if you could run (on Windows with the actual folder):
test.exe "C:\users\Public\Application Data\MakeMusic"
and then send me the output I'd appreciate it.
