[Bug 33776] UPlay games does not work into 64Bits prefix and Wine set to Vista/Win7

The patches are just a base, not a full implementation of ACL support for
processes yet. I don't think Erich already started working on the consecutive
parts, he wanted to wait till the first set is upstream before working on the
rest.
