[Bug 16485] WMP is unable to play mpeg/mpg files, affects Powerpoint 2007's presentation capabilities

A little correction - in Sonic Adventure, movies are upside down only if I
don't install any additional codecs (so decoding is probably going through
gstreamer), however, if I install ffdshow and use it for decoding it seams to
work OK in both WMP9 and Sonic Adventure...
