[Bug 37439] saint row the third dont show correctly characters rendering

With wine 1.7.51 character rendering appears good however character face
appears in black without forget screen flickering


However in this tests comparing strictdraworder disabled and enabled

In good side when StrictDrawOrder stay enabled flickering problem can solved
but face problem still remains
