sorry for my late reply. Thank you very much for your support.
I tried your workarounds and installed wine-1.7.19-70. This was 
unfortunately not the solution of the problem but to start X32-Edit
from the terminal with your required parameters is the solution.
It is possible to use the application without any starting problems
and it runs like it should and as I know it from the past with 
wine 1.4.1.
