That's a Windoze Direct3D driver, it's not the same driver as a Linux OpenGL
driver at all.

What I hope you meant is the hardware can do it.  And that may be true but if
the driver is not written to provide access to that hardware then the driver is
the one at fault.

Not a Wine issue.
