I did some more testing on my Fedora system 38. Roland Cloud Manager 3.0.1.

The sign-in link does nothing if: a) you use the wine package in Fedora's
repositories, b) you just add it to Steam as a non-Steam game and launch it.

It works (opens the sign-in page in the default native browser, signs you in to
Roland Cloud) if you: a) use the winehq-devel wine package, or b) use Proton
Experimental.

Looks like this bug has been fixed.
