[Bug 31371] Counter Strike: Source won't run on wine 1.5.9

I'm sorry, but I can't do that. This is a production machine, I'm not a wine
developer.

One useful information is that CS source used to run on wine 1.5.5 and also on
wine 1.4, and now it doesn't run neither on wine 1.5.9/1.5.10 nor on 1.4.1.
