Your patch helped.  Alas, gdiplus now crashes on Bmp/Piedra.tif after
warn:wincodecs:tiff_get_decode_info Cannot get extra sample type for RGB data,
ret=0 count=18
trace:wincodecs:TiffDecoder_Release (0x125120) refcount=0
