[Bug 35121] FotoQuelle Fotosoftware v4.13 fails to start

Ok, you are right. It does run indeed !

BUT: The problem was not my wine prefix (it is a clean prefix and I just
disabled winemenubuilder.exe) but I set the windows version to Windows 7 and
then this error occurs. With Windows XP as version it runs great.

Is this a wine bug? Can you please test it?
