For information, I dug out an old laptop with an ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5470
graphics card and this shadow bug is also present with Mesa 23.2.1.

All in all, this problem affects both:
- AMD/ATI with Mesa,
- NVIDIA with both proprietary and nouveau drivers.

Tested with:
Ubuntu 22.04 LTS 64bit.
wine-9.6 development version (unmodified).
