[Bug 26654] MS Office 2000 programs crash when resizing windows

I can't easily do a fresh install. If I use wine1.2.3 Word starts normally and
works fine.

When I upgrade to current wine1.3.24 Word starts, complains it is not installed
and exits.

After downgrading to wine1.2.3 it again runs normally.

This is exactly the same installation that worked fined with 1.3.15.
