However, after logging on to battlenet, then going to the chat screen, I get a crash with an error message saying that memory could not be read. This happened three times in a row so far. It takes a while (~2-3 minutes) on the chat screen until it happens. This is with the recent 1.23 warcraft III: TFT patch and the latest wine. Does anybody else encounter this? --- Comment #139 from anomalydetected(a)gmail.com 2009-03-24 23:39:06 --- Yes, this is new behavior since the recently released, mandatory 1.23 update for warcraft 3 / battle.net. There is a bug already created for it. Please continue discussion on that topic here: http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=17809 --- Comment #140 from sheen <toxmerguez(a)yahoo.fr> 2009-05-26 11:03:05 --- Saves Bug is present in 1.1.22 yet. The patch we can find here works like a charm. It does not seems to affect my others applications / games, maybe we should include it in wine 1.1.23. --- Comment #141 from John M. Drescher <drescherjm(a)gmail.com> 2009-05-26 11:45:09 --- I believe the developers are waiting for someone to write a small test application for the iocp race that works in windows and causes the crash in wine. -- Configure bugmail: http://bugs.winehq.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply. ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are watching all bug changes.
