Hello folks,

adding stable download link via Internet Archive:

Any 7.5x version can be used to reproduce, hence using snapshot from vendor
site.

$ sha1sum tcmd755.exe 
4418224cb4b50bec79ff755975e21b81a9493bfa  tcmd755.exe

3.2M    tcmd755.exe

$ wine --version
wine-6.1-247-gd73df9e4e1e
