Binary workaround patch for Qt5Network.dll

patch -p0 < Qt5Network.bin.patch

And just to clarify, I had md5sums of:
faf94cae63c094eaa759c758275a7007  Qt5Network.dll.orig
bdf70a9c90dcafb51271d1e5e476b57b  Qt5Network.dll.patched
