Tests for LVM_GETSELECTIONMARK during notifications

This is a set of tests showing that LVM_GETSELECTIONMARK should be updated
before notifications are sent. The item's state (LVM_GETITEMSTATE) should also
be updated, though these tests don't demonstrate that.
