[Bug 39678] Zararadio can not read folder/file name path with Latin characters

I will wait to the final solution!!!

I just wonder if this issue would be related with the other bug I reported
about ZaraRadio (it crashes when it has to change from a playlist to another;
in other words: ZaraRadio can not to delete the current playlist to load a new
one).
