Thanks for testing. Patch sent.

I removed the icon thing because the icon was set already by set_window_pos, it
was the mapping that wasn't done, since data->layered is set in
UpdateLayeredWindow, but set_window_pos (and thus, the driver's
WindowPosChanged) is called before it.
