[Bug 57514] wineboot hangs with Z: not equal to root of filesystem

The issue started for me after upgrading to wine-staging 10.0-rc1, with a clean
wineprefix, then I set Z: to /home/username and the issue occurs. If I set Z:
to / then the issue does not occur.

I reverted to wine-staging 9.22, started a clean wineprefix, and set Z: to
/home/username and did not experience the same issue.
