[Bug 59173] Missing Mono Runtime after installing wine + winetricks (plus 32bit libs prompted when installing)

Unfortunately, this Bug seems valid.

After installing mono-complete successfully from Ubuntu repositories
and after a reboot testing all 3 games the same error
message appear for starting each game: Wine Mono not installed.

So any hint would be welcome.
