There are alot of programs using delphi out, the fameost ist "FlashFXP" which
is surly one one of the most used ones udner linux,

I do not realy understand the reason why this thing has had to be changed, it
worked correctly before, and it is now almost 1 year without a *real* fix.

Also a very fine program called "TMPGEncoder" is affected by this and a lot
more.
