[Bug 29871] drawing in photoshop cs5 is almost impossible

After applying these patches, the brushes are now working as expected, but I
still notice that palette windows get "stuck" above all other windows, e.g. if
you switch from Photoshop to Chrome:

Is this fixed by the patches in this ticket, or is there another bug report for
this issue (I couldn't find one)
