[Bug 14563] picasa can't play mp3 files during slideshows

Seems well-defined to me.  On most systems, the attached
test program plays .mp3 files ok, IIRC.  It ought to on
Wine as well.  That said, I haven't looked at this bug in
a long time; I've been focused on general wine stability.
