[Bug 39870] Uplay crashes at start

to reproduce this bug:
download the last Uplay version here:
https://uplay.ubi.com/#!/fr-FR/
Install it on a new wine 32 or 64 bits 1.8 prefix.
Launch it.
I can reproduce this bug on 2 different computer.
