[Bug 41652] Uplay cannot connect/login to Server

As Ubisoft removed support for Windows XP from Uplay, i can't even start Uplay
anymore.

If winecfg is set to "Windows XP" it says, that Windows XP isn't supported.
If winecfg is set to "Windows 7" or above, it crashes.
