[Bug 40020] Website layout broken without JavaScript

Further testing has revealed that this is not actually anything related to
RequestPolicy or NoScript. I disabled almost all of my extensions (everything
that would matter), and the problem still occurs. Seems the new layout design
doesn't work on Iceweasel 38.5 on Debian regardless.
