[Bug 18019] Some Bioware games' setup crashes when changing install directory

Tested again in git (1.3.13), still a bug.

This line popped up before the unhandled exception, could it be the culprit?

fixme:shell:IAutoComplete2_fnInit  ACO_FILTERPREFIXES not supported
