[Bug 44039] Starcraft 64 bits fails to launch

My WINEPREFIS is "~/.wine". I have Wine packages installed for both i386 and
amd64 architectures. Running the EXE with the "wine" command or "wine64"
command doesn't seem to produce any difference in behavior.
