[Bug 10102] Program Diet Power 4 doesn't install/ run properly without tweaking

Starts to install fine for me, but bombs out it wininet when attempting to
download MDAC 2.8 SP1. Installing that with winetricks beforehand doesn't help.
Can you verify this?
