unimplemented function KERNEL32.dll.DiscardVirtualMemory called in 64-bit code

tried to install "Noodl Setup 2.9.2.exe" (see www.noodl.net/)
then got crashe starting with this :
Unhandled exception: unimplemented function KERNEL32.dll.DiscardVirtualMemory
called in 64-bit code (0x0000017002d3a8).
