[Bug 41078] Unimplemented function msvcp140.dll.__crtCreateEventExW needed by Battle.net

Function works now what this patch. What do you think, would be better to
create an issue for each function not implemented or just one in which there
is: "New version of Battle.net not working entirely with msvcp140"?

Because there is again a new function not implemented.
