http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=13234 --- Comment #4 from Ron Fischler <ronfischler(a)gmail.com> 2008-11-12 17:07:24 --- I am running Ubuntu 8.10, and Wine 1.1.8. I installed my original copies of gdiplus.dll, and QuickTime 7.4.5 as before. I was able to set QuickTime to the Safe mode (GDI only) in the advanced preferences, but now when I attempt to open the Quicktime Player, it crashes before anything is drawn. I tried twisting all the knobs on wine configuration, but to no avail. There appears to have been a regression, and the QuickTime player will not run at all anymore. The startup hangs after the following messages to the terminal: fixme:win:EnumDisplayDevicesW ((null),0,0x32f7c8,0x00000000), stub! fixme:resource:GetGuiResources (0xffffffff,0): stub fixme:wtsapi:WTSRegisterSessionNotification Stub 0x500f2 0x00000000 -- Configure bugmail: http://bugs.winehq.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply. ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are watching all bug changes.
