[Bug 21874] Aztaka fails to run

In wine-1.1.43-347-gb939193 the game no longer needs 'mmdevapi=disabled' to
start up correctly, so it's fixed now.

Unfortunately, I couldn't test the game in the last few days using git, so
don't know exactly which commit 'healed' the issue. I suspect one of Maarten's
patches on the mmdevapi thing.
