[Bug 9424] No default item in MDI child sysmenu - cannot close with doubleclick

I just wonder if I am testing the right window. It says close is ctrl+f4, but
that combination doesnt do anything, but clicking close closes the window.
Pressing alt+f4 closes whole application and I think it's somekind of global
key for linux as windows. 

Then doubleclicking the icon on the top left does close the window both wine
2.12-git and staging 2.12. But that doesn't happen to the whole application. I
don't know if it should.
