[Bug 40019] wine 1.9.1 staging : it can not run a install exe file , it reports "Error reading setup initialization file"

You can force 32-bit wine in Fedora:

alternatives --config wineserver

Choose the wineserver32 option. You will also need to create a new wine prefix.
When I tried this the installer still fails.
