[Bug 42053] Grand Theft Auto III fails to lauch from Steam

With current wine the video playback works fine after installing
gstreamer1.0-plugins-bad:i386 for mpeg1 support. The game itself was running
perfectly even 3 years ago when I last commented on this bug. The same applies
to Vice City.

How can I close this bug?
