[Bug 25843] Wine causes terminal to lose some inputrc settings

this caused by wine always entering the keypad mode, and reversing it at exit
(back to application mode)
this is wrong if the system default is keypad mode
on the systems that fail, can you check the /etc/inputrc file, and tell me
whether
the "set enable-keypad on" command in enabled/present or not
