I get:

$ file FlarmCfgTool.exe 
FlarmCfgTool.exe: PE32 executable for MS Windows (GUI) Intel 80386 32-bit

FlarmCfgTool.exe neither sports a CLR header nor imports mscoree for CLR
embedding, so presumably it extracts the relevant assemblies on startup. The
application starts successfully after installing dotnet20 from winetricks, but
I run into an unimplemented gdiplus stub.
