[Bug 30693] Mono: Could not load Mono into this process in Wine 1.5.4

It's probably missing one of the new exports we need. I'll look into it, but
the wine-mono package
(https://sourceforge.net/projects/wine/files/Wine%20Mono/) is the way forward
so I'm not too concerned.
