[Bug 40994] ScottradeElite 5.4.5.1 crashes when exiting through pull-down menu

The ScottradeElite app disappeared with Scottrade.  Scottrade was bought by
Ameritrade.  Then Toronto-Dominion bought Ameritrade, becoming TD-Ameritrade. 
TD-Ameritrade was then bought by Schwab.

Schwab has a graphical trading platform, ThinkOrSwim, which is similar to
ScottradeElite, that works directly with Linux using Java.  So I don't need
Wine to run it.  This bug should be closed, since ScottradeElite doesn't exist.
