Just as a note to whomever fixes this bug, bug 21863 is for Finddupe
(http://www.sentex.net/~mwandel/finddupe/) which fails to create hard links. It
uses CreateHardLinkW, so when fixing this bug, be sure to make the A function
wrap around the W to fix both bugs at once.
