The problem still existed in 1.1.33. It got fixed very recently :)
Could you please try with native comctl32 to be sure? Use 'winetricks cc580'.
Do you mean http://kegel.com/wine/winetricks ? It downloaded and installed http://download.microsoft.com/download/platformsdk/redist/5.80.2614.3600/w9x...
