[Bug 9967] crash at the end of the installation of XOP

The program works using this procedure on wine 0.9.53 (tested under Ubuntu
Gusty Gibbon 7.10):

  rm -rf .wine/
  export LANG=en_US.UTF-8
  winecfg
  cp mfc42.dll  msvcr70.dll /home/anto/.wine/drive_c/
  wine setup_xop211.exe 
  wine setup_imd4.1.1.exe

does not work without this locale quirk.
